Radiator grille soaked with coolant

Thursday, I had a coolant leakage due to my coolant fan exploding because a rock came up through the shroud and well caused a lot of damage. It put a hole in the lower radiator hose, high pressure power steering hose was also cut, the shroud and the fan were destroyed. I fixed the all the issues but I noticed that my back grille had the bottom portion soaked in coolant. This is after I replaced the faulty hose and topped off fluids. Is this a problem or should I let it run?

P.S. Today is the following Monday so I thought that the fluid should’ve dried up by now.

Did you pressure test the system after your repair to verify no leaks?

Yes, it should have dried up by now.

I have not done a pressure test but it has been driven around about fifteen miles. And the upper hose has resistance when squeezing it.

I would pressure test it.

You could also go to a self serve car wash and clean off the grille and watch for leaks.
