Radiator Fan stops spinning after startup

So my check engine light came on and in an attempt to see what the cause may have been, I discovered that the fan on the radiator stopped spinning. I thought it would be a blown fuse, so I replaced both of the cooler fan fuses on my model. The check engine light still shows, but I noticed that after turning the engine over, the radiator would stop spinning. I assume that if I were to hold the starter down that the fan would still run, but obviously that's bad for the car. Since the fan still turns, I assume it's still in good working order; I have no idea what else the problem could be aside from a fault in the wiring. Perhaps I am replacing the wrong fuses, or I need to replace all of them. Any suggestions before I take it to the shop? Thanks!

WITHOUT ALL OF YOUR INFO, I CHOSE "BASE" MODEL AND "COUPE" WHEN I LOOKED UP A WIRE DIAGRAM IN "PRODEMAND"

IN THIS PARTICULAR DIAGRAM, THERE IS A COOLING FAN RELAY AND A ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR. INSURE THE LATER IS STILL PLUGGED IN.

I'D PROBABLY THINK THAT ONE OF THEM IS THE ISSUE

JUST MY OWN "OPINION WILD GUESS" (JUST A GUESS) IS THE RELAY MIGHT BE THE ISSUE.

AS FAR AS THE "ECT", IF YOU HAVE NO CLUE WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE, GO TO rockauto.com, advanceautoparts.com, or autozone.com AND INSTALL YOUR VEHICLES INFO, THEN PUT "ECT" IN THE SEARCH BOX. THIS SHOULD GIVE YOU A NICE PIC TO GO BY.

THESE TWO POSSIBILITIES SHOULD BE RELATIVELY EZ TO CHANGE IF NEED BE
