Radiator fan spins with wind

I use my car at night usually. And when the car gets over 25 mph the radiator light starts to turn on the temperature gauge shows 1,5/4 so the engine is not almost hot and fan starts to spin i think. It really affects the engine when i get to 60 mph . When i stop , the fan stops. :D

Welcome to 2CarPros.

With the engine off and cool, see if you can easily spin the fan blade. Does it feel attached to the motor? Or am I misunderstanding you and the fan actually is turning on?
