I had a leaking radiator for my car listed above it is a Gaia not Nadia. I had it fixed but the guy told me the thermostat has been removed so you better look for an auto electrician to connect the fans to ignition. I did not understand the meaning of all that. Please help.

I do not either. Why not just install a new thermostat?
If there was no thermostat installed, it would take a long time for the engine to warm up. I do not know why he would want you to hot-wire the cooling fan to come on with the ignition switch because that would make it take even longer for the engine to warm up.
