Hello. I have the car listed above 3800 v6. Cooling fans are not coming on unless I have A/C running. Any thoughts? Thanks, Chris.

One thing you can try is disconnect the coolant sensor by the thermostat and see if the fans kick on. Do this with the key on, engine off.
