Radiator coolant bleeder location

I cannot seem to find the location of the bleeder valve for the coolant system to let the air out. Where is it?

unfortunately we do not have a procedure for bleeding air from system. picture shows only thing we can find on this.

Their is a bleeder on the drivers side it’s on the block you have to remove the tire and reach straight forward and move up just a hair you will feel it
