Very cold here today. Didn't notice if it did it before or not, what can cause upper radiator hose to collapse?

This happens when the radiator cap needs to be replaced. It is not allowing coolant to flow back into the engine once cooled. Let us know if you need anything else.

And if radiator doesnt have a cap , then its the cap for the expansion tank?
