When driving it does not get hot. But when I turn off the car it gushes out coolant.

The coolant boils over because the engine is hot, I would do a coolant drain and fill and check for a blown head gasket

Ok thank you. I found it only does it after I use the A/C. It hasn't done it since I stopped using it. Would that still be what to do?

So does the AC ever start blowing hot when you were using it? Also is the AC/radiator fan working with the AC running? Does it ever overheat with the AC ON? also how old is your radiator cap?
