R33 engine shakes after engine wash

Hi , I have an r33 gts (non turbo ) 1996 manual,
So what happened is , as I was working on the Car engine , once I finished I sprayed the engine with a bit of water to clean , and now the car keeps shaking every time I turn it on , sometimes it doesn't turn on. (The arpm goes Down and up ) so I checked the spark plugs if they wet , they not , I bought a new throttle sensor , still didn't work , so what could be the problem ? Thanks

You may have just learned a very expensive lesson. NEVER spray an engine with water. Today's cars have numerous modules and computers mounted all over the vehicle and water kills electronic components. The only thing you can do now is use a blow dryer to completely dry everything under the hood and hope you haven't done permanent damage.
