After removing and replacing the timing chain I have zero compression?

If you have zero compression, either the timing is off allowing the valves to remain open when the pistons reach top dead center (TDC) or there is internal damage preventing the valves from closing. When you have no compression at all, the valves are usually the cause.

I have a question. Did the old chain break or jump time? I ask because this is an interference engine and that would have likely caused internal damage to the valves/pistons.

I attached a pic below showing the timing marks. Is that how you had them set?
