While driving down a mountain I put my truck into neutral. I accidentally put into reverse in the process. My tires locked up and screeched, I quickly put it into neutral and began to go down the hill. Soon my power steering went causing it to be very hard to turn the wheel. I tried the brakes and they weren't working. I had to press very hard in order for it too work and even at that it didn't do much. The check gauges/engine lights came on as well. The battery meter began to dwindle to almost no charge (due to being in neutral and serpentine belt not turning alternator?). When at the bottom of the hill I stopped and turned off my vehicle then turned it over, everything was working again and the gauge lights were off and battery level was good. Even though everything is working again I was wondering if there is anything I should be looking out for? Or problems it may cause down the road?

You proberbly just stalled the engine, coasting down hills is not the correct thing to do and hitting reverse like that can destroy the trans.
