Installed new rotors in the front; after 4 months the pedal pulsates when i try to stop after a speed 55 to 45 mph.

Good morning,
Sounds like the rotors are warped. That can come from overheating the brakes, riding the brakes or cheap rotors.

You will need to either have them resurfaced or replaced.
