Hi,
The relearn process requires a scan tool that can communicate with the electronic throttle control unit. From the scan tool, one would select ETC, relearn, and then enter.
I wish I had an easier answer, but that is right from the manual. The same procedure is applicable when replacing the accelerator pedal position sensor.
