problems with revearse (chrysler grand voyager)

Hi

I have a Chrysler Grand Voyager (2004) and want to ask for help. The car don't want to go into reverse. The other gears is working. But no reverse!!!!!!
The transmission fluid is 100%
Can you plz help me

scan for codes then let a trans guy look at it you may have a bad clutch pak
