Codes p0456, p0420, and p219b, problems with accelerating and at idle?

Hi,

The first thing I noticed is that all misfires are on the same side of the engine. As far as the codes are concerned, the P0420 indicates an issue with the catalytic converter. The P0456 is a small evap leak. The P219B is one of interest. That indicates there is an imbalance in the air/fuel ratio on bank two, which is the side of the engine that has all the misfires (P0302, P0304, and P0306).

The imbalance can be caused by several things. For example, an exhaust leak on bank 2, a faulty fuel injector or injectors, an intake vacuum leak on one or more of the identified cylinders, engine compression, and the list goes on. See pic 1 below for a full list.

When the engine is running, have you ever noticed a slight exhaust or ticking from under the hood? Also, are you comfortable performing tests at home if I provide the directions?

We heard a ticking sound, not very loud but enough to be heard. I'm absolutely comfortable to do tests that may help me figure out what's wrong.

Okay, first, with the engine running, open the hood and see if you can tell if the ticking could be coming from an exhaust manifold. There is one on both sides of the engine. If the ticking is loud enough to record, do so and upload it for me to hear. Also, if you rev the engine, see if it gets louder. (Quick snaps of throttle)

Also, I need you to test fuel pressure. The pressure itself isn't my concern. However, how quickly the pressure drops is what I want to focus on. If it drops too fast, it could indicate a leaking fuel injector. So, we are focusing on a leak-down test. The pressure shouldn't drop in excess of 10 psi within the first minute of turning the key off.
