Turn signals flash both outside and on the dash inside. Problem is they are no longer audible when activated inside the vehicle.

It sounds like you have a SJB (smart junction box) that is going out. which is common. To be sure we can do CAN scan which is the future of car repair. you can get a scanner for about $50.00 on Amazon. Here is the location and how to replace it in the diagrams below:
