This will permanently damage the automatic transmission.
What is happening here is the automatic transmission fluid and coolant are mixing causing a strawberry milk shake appearance of both the transmission fluid and coolant.
The only cause of these fluids to mix is in the radiator. The automatic transmission has pipes running to the radiator to cool the transmission fluid.
The best option is to the replace the auto transmission and radiator and flushing the cooling system to clean out the automatic transmission fluid from the cooling system.
You could try to replace the radiator and flush the cooling system first, then drain and refill the auto transmission 2-3 times to remove as much coolant from the transmission as possible (draining the transmission fluid does not remove all the fluid stored in the transmission this is why I said 2-3 time draining and refilling the transmission). Only draining and refilling the transmission may not fix the damage that may have occurred. This is why I said the best option is transmission replacement.
Coolant in the transmission will cause damage to the friction material used in these transmissions. The friction material is used to shift gears and shifting quality.
You'll need to be more specific on which "dashboard icons" are coming on for me to give any advise.
As for the wipers I would suspect the wiper switch first and second a short in the wiring triggering the wiper motor to operate.
