In the hose pipe do we need anything to block the half the amount of air?

Please explain to me.

Good afternoon.

What hose are you talking about?

Can you explain a little more of your problem?

I am talking about the air filter extension hose pipe.
I found a small thing that was placed to allow partial air move out and in.

Okay, thanks.

There should be nothing in there to obstruct the flow of air into the engine.

Can you upload a picture for me of what you see?

Okay, looking for a picture from you.

Also, you need spark, fuel and compression for it to run. This must be verified to be sure these are in place.

Yes, the engine needs to be in good shape to run before getting it to run correctly. It is like going to the doctors and they check your weight, blood pressure and heart beats.

Are you using the gas side or the LPG side of the fuel?

The engine and things are fine. There was tear in the rubber part of the hose pipe. After replacement I am facing the problem. I am using the LPG and there is no problem in the gasket and filter.

Okay, thanks.

There is a mass air flow sensor on the end of the line. It measures the density of the air entering the system.

disconnect that and see if it starts.

Yes, if the air filter is clogged, it will cause this issue. Check it for restriction.

What should I do exactly?
Only if I block half the pipe it starts.
But the next morning it gives the same result.

Do you have a scan tool to monitor the system? You need to see the pressure being delivered to the engine from the LPG system. Have you changed the filters for the system?

There is no problem.
The thing I feel is only the air intake.
That is where the problem lies.

If you have low pressure to the engine, you will need to lower the amount of air. That is why you need to check the pressure. If you had sufficient pressure, you would not need to bend the hose in half.

You need something to check the pressure. You need a scan tool that can read it. You also need to check the filter for the gas as well.

Okay.
What can use to restrict the air intake?
Any material available on the automobile should?
Please suggest me one.
