Problem with my fan not working

My fan stopped working I was told it's nothing wrong with the fan or the 3 relay fuses under the hood so I would lile to know what could it be. The fan was straight wired so I know there's nothing wrong with it

check all the items in the pic you can go to how to check a relay under electrical how to repair on our site. check ground if not that it may be the engine coolant sensor near the thermostat housing with a yellow and tan wire. if that is ok then it may be a wiring issue in fuse box.
