Problem began with the tailgate beginning to not open and close after my wife manually forced it closed or open?

At first after the initial tailgate situation the battery went dead I thought I had charged it and was not holding the charge so we got a new battery but now a few days later the battery this morning wound up dead again the tailgate seems to not be latching properly on top of not closing and opening when we press the button I ran it to AutoZone had them do a diagnostic check what came up was replace air injection air pump and relay smog pump and relay multiple purpose also p0410 came up for air system a and then p0410 came up the secondary air system has malfunctioned that fuse is blown and then anti-lock brake system 5026 no can message was received from control unit transmission control and then 6001 the supply voltage of the control unit is too low I'm not sure if any of these would have been affected with me having just replaced the battery when I went to go do this diagnostic check.

Yes, I would clear the codes due to the battery being low and see if any come back. As far as the liftback, the hydraulic pump does not like to be forced so I would say it needs to be replaced to help fix the problem, here is how. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.

Yes, if the liftgate is not closing correctly it will drain the battery down, I would fix that first and the battery problem should go away.
