Trouble starting when it starts it sounds like it has jumped time

Scan it for codes. Also check that you have good fuel pressure. Normal pressure is 55psi. Check for spark also at the coil and the spark plug wires. If you have a nice blue spark at coil but very weak spark at wires then you have a bad cap and rotor. If weak spark at coil then replace the coil.

Have also seen a bad crank sensor cause a hard start. Remove sensor. If you see damage to the tip then replace and install one shim to the crank sensor.

If spark and fuel pressure are good then I would suspect bad fuel injectors. You have the spider design on this one and they are known to give problems. Injectors are under the intake plenum.
