Stuck in P and N and will not start

Just replaced hybrid battery and small battery.
Was running great. Then two days later i started it and, red triangle came on. The engine would not start! Electrical comes on, but not ready or engine.

Hi,

Normally this light is accompanied with some codes. Do you happen to have a code reader that can retrieve these codes? Unfortunately without those codes this could be a couple different things.

More than likely you have a P0300 which is the normally the hybrid battery ECU. I assume this is what you have because the other major code with this light is pointing towards the hybrid battery pack but you said you already replaced that.
