Not starting after engine bay cleaned with damp cloth

The engine is not starting after I got the car detailed and the detailing guys cleaned the engine with damp cloth. When I press the "Push" button, The navigation, speedometer etc., shows display, but the car doesn't go into "Ready" state. Any idea what could be the issue? It's been 24 hours now since the engine bay is cleaned.

Yep they do not like getting wet. it must be a sensor connector got bumped or moisture is inhibiting a connection. to find out what is going on lets run the codes. here is a guide to help walk you through so you can get back to me with the results:
