Accidentally put power and ground together and blew ignition fuse, replaced it, now the engine cranks and faded dash lights dim?

so, i bought my vehicle listed above. It was running just fine for a decent drive but before i got home it started to struggle and shut off. I thought it was out of gas, but it wasn’t. I parked it and towed it to buddy house for tools. I got it running by putting ground wire to negative terminal on battery started just fine took it off battery re-grounded it shut off down road and accidentally put power and ground together and blew ignition fuse, replaced it. now i get a crank and faded dash lights turn off when the brake is pushed, or A/C is turned on. charged battery no effect stayed the same.
