After replacing the clutch there is a bolt I do not know where it goes

I had asked about the locations of bolts diagram. I needed to replace the Clutch, Clutch disc, turn the Flywheel, Pressure plate, Slave cylinder, Master clutch cylinder, I had three bolts left didn't remember where they went since there's threaded holes throughout the block and transmission area. There was one particular bolt not a 10mm but same design but smaller a 7mm or 8mm and the top portion of the bolt is threaded the remaining portion is smooth.

Hi,

That's a tough one without seeing it. Can you take a couple of pictures of it and upload it for me to see?

They sound like possible valve body bolts if they are threaded but have a smooth portion towards the top. However, this type of bolt is used in other areas as well so it is going to be tough to place it but we are going to need to see it to have a shot at it.

I attached the picture below of what these normally look like.

It was the opposite smooth at the bottom and threaded at the head of the bolt, but it was a smaller bolt then the ones that held the casing to get to the Flywheel etc.
