How do you find a replace this item for this year?

Easiest and least expensive is to find a used one from a salvage yard.

For years, Chrysler put their engine computers on the left side, (driver's side), on the inner fender, beside the battery. By the 1997 model year, they were on the right side, as shown in the drawing, on Intrepid's and Concorde's. You might have a mid-year model that was built as a 1995 or a 1997, so check both places. We had a 1994 Intrepid that was used to test a new assembly line, then Chrysler donated it to my community college. That one had the computer on the driver's side. I built a lot of electrical "bugs" into that car and I was very familiar with it. Some parts of that car were built as a 1995 model.

Well I talk someone today they said the PCM was under the airbag and the ECM is by the battery on the right side by the fuse box.

Did you remove the air cleaner housing it is under that.
