Power steering

Power steering line was leaking and had it replaced, the replaced line was just a bit smaller in diameter but guy said it will not hurt anything.
Does not leak anymore, however, it still makes that whining sound when driving. is this something i should be concerned with?

A smaller hose would reduce the fluid volume and this can result in the whining noise. Honda vehicles are quite sensitive to this.

Quite often the main cause of the whining noise is due to a clogged strainer within the steering fluid reservoir. It reduces fluid flow rate. Have it checked and cleaned to see if it helps reduces or eliminates the noise.

The other possibility is a worn power steering pump which had resulted from the initial leak, when pump was running with insufficient lubrication.

The pump would also emit a whining noise if the bearing within the pump is bad. This noise would be coarser than fluid noise.

It is good to have it checked to know which is the actual cause and if it is the bearing that is bad, it should be replaced to eliminate being stranded when it fails completely.
