Major loss of power going uphill!

I have a major problem going uphill with my car.

It drops speed so bad sometimes that I have to change down to third gear. I try to pick up speed before I go uphill, but its still drops.

I did a major service on this car in December, it also does have pulling power especially from 3 to 4 to 5.
