Powered Seats and adjustable pedal problem

Recently bought my Silverado 1500 LTZ and i applied my E break for the first time the other day, but when I did sparks came out when it went down. I didn't think anything of it until the day after that happened that my adjustable pedal and both powered seats do not work. I hear the seats make a noise when I hit all the buttons but nothing happens. I didn't know if i accidentally cut a wire with the E break or if I blew a fuse or something. Please help.

you probably blew a fuse but check to see if any wires are in the way of the parking brake pedal.

Would you possibly know which fuse it is cause i have actually looked at the wires and they seemed fine but then i looked at the fuses i was told to check from other sites and the fuses looked perfectly fine.

normally with the fuses use a test light to check them they should light up both sides with key on.fuse 38 and one chart sys 39 or EAP fuse under hood and power seats circuit breaker 1 &2 in dash fuse panel. however the fuse for EAP may power up both and if it still doesn't work have it scanned as it may have damaged the body module
