I recently had my starter go out on me. We replaced the starter, now none of my power windows will work, including my sunroof. I don't even get the "clicking" sound of a relay trying to engage. Did I miss connecting a wire too the starter or is my problem somewhere else? I pulled all of the fuses, thinking I may have accidentally popped one during the install, but they all check good. Thank you

The power windows are fed from a circuit breaker #37 in relay panel and fuse #38 in the fuse panel behind left side of dash. The power top fed from fuse #30 in the fuse panel. Both the circuit breaker #37 and the fuse #30 are fed from fuse #176 at battery fuse bracket. Check that #176 fuse for being blown.

Yes, I saw that.
Go back and with a voltmeter or at least a 12 volt test light, test those fuses on both sides when they are supposed to be hot, to be sure, just turn the key on run/engine off. Please report the results.
