Hi John,
Usually, it will be the driver's door module but there is an outside chance it is the BCM or passenger door module here is the window wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and how to replace the DDM in the images below please let me know how it goes.
A multiplexed door module is located on each front door driver door (DDM).
