Power windows and sunroof will not work

We found a deceased mouse under the hood. We took the car to the car wash and after leaving car wash our power windows and sunroof would not work. We had somebody check to see if the mice eat on electric wires, there is no sign of anything being chewed up.

Just because they did not find chewing does not mean the mouse did not do damage. Or if you washed under the hood it may have caused an issue.
It appears that both of those systems use the same power sources.
The 25 amp door fuse, 30 amp power fuse, and 10 amp gauge fuse.
Then check that the power relay that they share is working. I attached the wiring for both.
Those are the common parts.
