Check all of your fuses first with a test light or a meter. The power windows and the door locks are on different circuits. Try your power windows from all of the doors not just the drivers door to make sure it's not just the drivers switch. Keep in mind that fuses that just look good can sometimes be bad, that's why a test light or meter should be used
