Power windows not working properly

My passenger side window won’t go down with the button and passion side door but will not go down with the button on the driver side door in my window for the driver side would not go down at all or up with the button on the driver side door I tried changing Alpha power module for the power windows and the control panel but still does not work. What is my problem?

Hello. I'm a bit confused so let me make sure I have this correct. The switch on the passenger door will not roll the window down, but will roll it back up. And you get no movement at all from the driver's side window. Is that right?

If so, I would suspect a two pronged issue. The first is pretty clear to me. The switch in your passenger side door has failed.

The driver's side will take a little more diagnosing though. I'm attaching AllDatas instructions on diagnosis. Basically you're checking that power is getting to the window motor. If so, then the motor or regulator is bad. Start there and let me know what you find. We'll go from there.
