Power windows are down will not come up

My car is a coupe with a sunroof. Power windows are down will not come up. Sunroof not working. Also drivers power seat fuse keeps blowing out. Replaced master window switch. Lights up but doesn't work . Checked all fuses . Please help. I am a female and i can follow instructions . I need this fixed don't have the money to put in the shop at this time.
