Is there a relay for the power windows and if so where is it located? I hear a clicking noise under the driver side dash when I press the switch. Window will go up or down but loses power and stops either way. Help!

A window that stops part of the way either up or down usually needs a new power window motor. What is happening is that it is getting overheated from the work and then the brushes inside the motor get stuck. After it cools down you can move it some more. Very very common on that car, as it is a big and heavy window on an under powered motor. I have probably changed a dozen of those things over the years.

But the clicking I hear under the dash on the drivers side isn't anything of concern? I was kinda leaning towards replacing the window motor but wasn't sure if the clicking I hear had anything to do with it not working. I mean cause the window when it will move doesn't move slow like a bad motor but moves normally as if the motor was ok

There is not a relay in the system. It is probably the circuit breaker making that sound. The motor is overloaded and drawing too much power so the breaker cuts it. To test it out, take the door panel off, roll the window up and down until it is acting up, unplug the power window motor, and use a volt meter or test light to confirm that it gets power when you hit the switch up and down. If it is getting power, then you need a new motor. Let us know what happens.
