Power window not working

It does sound like the main switch is out because there is a processor that does not like to get wet inside the switch. here is how you replace it. Check out the diagrams (below)? Please let us know what happens.

My findings are stated below:
One Honda Mechanic said:
"This is all due to a faulty master driver's window switch. These are known to short out and cause these issues. There is also a multiplex unit integrated into this master switch. This is what needs to be checked next for this issue."

The question is how do I test the master switch to confirm that it's faulty - remember the driver's Auto power switch is still working.

Again, how do I test the multiplex unit integrated into the master switch?

I just want to be sure its the cause of the problem before ordering for the switch.

Another reviewer confirms that he replaced passenger switch and driver master switch with no favourable result. However, when he later replaced Passenger multiplex unit, all the windows works".

Although his own problem came as a result of mistakingly plugging window regulator connection wrongly which shorted something in the MPX unit but did not harm window switches, however, he replaced the windows switches before discovering that they were not the cause of the problem. This is what I wanted to avoid.

In my own case, I did not plug anything wrongly, just wetted switches and it's started failing until it stopped working except for the driver Auto Switch control on the master switch that is still working.

Please, where do I start my testing and steps to carry them out will be greatly appreciated.

The technician informed me that the master switch is faulty, I could either replace it or remove it and put it inside a hot day sun to get the wet surface dried. Also, he further stated that I may leave it for same to get dry and it will work again. I have left it until now because my AC is working well. When I finally resolved it I will let you know the method I used.
