Power window relay, gets hot. Windows will not roll down. Is there a separate fuse besides the 30 amp relay?

Here is the power window wiring diagram you requested.The relay getting hot leads me to believe you have a possible wiring short to ground.Here is a wiring test tutorial for you to view:
