Power Window Electrical

The driver side power window works.
All other windows do not.
I cannot move the windows at the master control switch on the driver's side and I cannot move the windows with their respective switches on the door.
I have read that the brown/white wire in the 2005 Chrysler Sebring is the ground wire for the power windows.
I have noticed a slight slice on that wire at the door jam of the driver's side boot.
Is it possible that this slice still allows enough current to the driver's side window but not the others. If not, where else should I look as it seems unlikely that all 3 motors or regulator or switches have gone at the same time.

make sure your window lock is not on first. a slice in wire would be the insulation and not necessarily the wire. check the yellow wire in picture to see if power comes from switch then the corresponding wires marked in picture those go to other windows it may be a bad connection in junction block .

I am a little at a loss on the location and testing.
When you say "switch" is that the master switch or the switches on the doors because non of them work. so are you asking me to check all 6 switches?
"Junction box" is that the plastic black piece that the wires connect to when you take the rubber boot off the door driver's side door?
The window lock is not on.
Also, how do I check power? what equipment should I purchase?

a test light or voltmeter will do the testing. location of junction box is clearly shown in picture all you need to do is ground one wire of voltmeter and probe wires at junction box which may be plastic to see if power is there. if it is at both sides then probe at switches. if you got power to switches then it is either the switches or the motors which I kind of doubt unless the car has been under water.
