power window and radio and powerdoor do not unlock

My power window and radio stop working when i start up car but when i turn key to on but do not start power window and radio work and my power lock do not unlock what can be the problem ignition switch wire or relay power lock will unlock once on my 1999 Buick century 3.1 v6

clean battery terminal ends first then check belt and tensioner as recommended replacement for both is 60,000 mi. then check battery for condition including load test.
