Someone started taking out fuses and relays, now the Power window, interior lights and the sunroof do not work?

the fuses and relays are located in two primary fuse boxes: one inside the passenger compartment and another in the engine compartment.

I've replaced all fuses , is what relay is it, and what box is it in.
