Window motor continues running when ignition is shut off?

Hi,
Do you mean it reaches the full open or closed position and then it starts grinding? Also, when the key is off, there shouldn't be power to the window motor, so that tells me there must be power being supplied at all times via a different circuit.
How do you get it to stop running? Have you removed the door panel to inspect the wiring?
