When I turn the key to start it the relays click and the engine turns over. I have checked the power to the fuel pump and the holes are when I checked it about 10. I have checked the relays I replaced by 10 relays and just do not know where to go from here I had it running about a month ago and then the battery went bad so I put a new battery in and now I have no fuel pump everything else works but the fuel pump not kicking in.

Have you verified power arriving at the fuel pump?

Okay, you are all over the board here. I do not how the ignition switch came into a fuel pressure problem. I hope it was not the key and tumbler that you changed because that will require programming.
If you have a fuel pump issue, concentrate on that.

I tested the power back to their using the the wire ground that is in the same harness but I do think I am going to go home and check the connection for the ground on the intake manifold. I did have to replace that, but I am not sure if it is getting good contact with the firewall.

The lovely Advance Auto Parts people came up with the idea that it could be the ignition that is causing the problem, but obviously it is not.

What does the engine ground have to do with a fuel pump? If you do not have a good bit of electrical knowledge and the ability to read a wiring diagram, you are going to need local help with this.

The people at Advance are not mechanics. They are part time parts sales people that like to make believe they are mechanics.

These tests are possible, but I do not know if you are the guy to attempt this. Applying power to the wrong wire can result in a lot of damage. https://www.2carpros.com/images/external/219579047.gif

I have no idea what you are looking for. That test you did doesn't prove much of anything. It needed to be done while still in the car with a fuel pressure gauge hooked up.
