My power steering pump start making a loud noise. so I change it out and the fluids but now it's still whining.

Hi,
When you replaced the pump, did you bleed it before use? Is the new fluid still clean? If possible, can you record the sound and upload it for me to hear? I may be able to get a better idea of what is happening.
