I replaced all my belts because they were cracked pretty bad to where chunks were missing, and after about a month the power steering pulley locks up and belt keeps moving causing this loud squeal when I am turning and the steering wheel gets locked also. Any idea what could be causing it to do that? I already checked the tension on the belts I even replaced the pump itself but it did not fix the issue.
