Power steering pump installation

Having trouble with putting back on. I didn't take it off. Bolts back in line connect. I can't get wrench in there to tighten the line. I can't put bolt in because after line is tight.

I have done a number of these and having an issue pinpointing which bolt you are talking about. Can you take a picture of what you are dealing with and I am sure we can figure something out.

I attached the process for the book to see if that helps with the progression of bolts. Let me know if you can get the picture and we can go from there. Thanks
