Power steering pressure hose

Can you post a photo of the new parts? It sounds like you are describing the low-pressure return hose.

I was just being a dork, it was the cover for the hose that was moving about. Thank you. I do have a question tho, i had a new VSB made specifically for this vehicle, is there a way i am supposed to allow the computer to read it before attempting to drive it and have it shift? I read somewhere about turning the ignition on for ten minutes or so fo a new computer to read the system, i am not sure if the computer in it needs a protocol to read the new VSB. (It is the correct computer, the VSB that was in it was the incorrect one, and i am hoping replacing it will help with its only shifting correctly on occasion, most times it takes high RPMs to shift up, and at the same time it will not go in overdrive. When she decides to shift correctly tho, she drives really sweet...:)) you have no idea how much I appreciate you letting me ask these questions.

What's a "VSB"? When you get into programming, that is not an area of my expertise. I try to stay away from that, especially on GM vehicles because they were the innovators at designing in tricks to force you to buy new modules and go back to the dealer for all programming of them. That started with a few of their 2002 models and to my knowledge, doesn't apply to a '95 model.

The ten-minute relearn you're referring to is for the Pass Lock anti-theft system. That procedure is done three times in a row when parts in the ignition switch / lock cylinder are replaced.

Thanks, VSB variable speed a small box directly connected to the computer behind the glove box, a brain child to shifting...I find myself with this older truck thru a kinda screwed up experience with my daughter, where she got my Tundra which she promptly sold and bought a 6.2 for a Silverado...and I have a paint peeling 95 that she was supposed to help get on the road...but isn't. I haven't worked on trucks since pre computer days. My vent for the day, and not my first on this subject.

What kind of problem are you trying to solve? When you said you had this box made specially for your truck, does that mean it has had some kind of modification that is involved with this problem?
