power steering is gone and brakes are hard to stop

I left work drove to store truck was fine come out the store started vehicle and power steering was gone and brakes were hard to stop. Upon further review the return hose from the power steering gear box popped off and shot out the power steering fluid. Put hose back on added fluid didn't help. The next day put on power steering pump. No change. Then I was told it was the power booster so I changed the booster still no change I tried to bleed the booster but couldn't get any fluid to flow. Some high pressure came from somewhere to popped that hose off to begin with and I'm lost any suggestions would be helpful. Please and thank you.
