Power steering hard accelerate and it frees up?

Put 3 pumps on in 2 weeks. Vacuum bled 8 to 10 times each time. Jack car up, still hard. Give it gas and it frees up, easy to steer, at idle hard. No leaks I can fine. Pumps are different brands.
