Power steering fluid leak

Located on the power steering pump reservoir I have a control valve actuator. The o-ring(s) are leaking. I wish to replace valve (if available), along with the required o-rings. Would like to know how valve is retained (threaded, etc) and best way to remove/replace? There is what appears to be a banjo fitting actuator fits up against (I am assuming with o-ring in-between). Power steering line attaches to this same banjo fitting. Do I need specialty wrench to remove actuator due to space restrictions (thin "nut-type" fastener) on part? Please give wrench type or part number, if possible. This is natural aspirated LX T-Bird, not supercharged version. Thank you, Andrew
